All requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order. You can send your application to toygrid888@gmail.com or use the Contact Us page on our website. It is crucial that you reach out to us within 15 days from the date of receipt of the item. Any requests made after this 15-day period will not be entertained.
Please be aware that our Refund and Returns Policy does not apply to the toys obtained during our Toys Game Session.
For returns, the item must be in its original packaging and condition, and you must include the receipt. If the returned item does not meet our acceptable condition standards, we will not be able to accept it.
To initiate the after-sales process, please include the following information in your email and send it to our customer service email address:
- Order number
- Screenshot of the item you were supposed to receive during the live stream (if applicable)
- An unboxing video
- Pictures of the damaged item
We do not accept returns for toys simply because you have changed your mind or did not obtain the specific item you were aiming for in our Box products.
Kindly note that once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.
